The Government Petroleum Fund -- evaluation of potential new markets. Norges Bank's submission to the Ministry of Finance on 26 August 1999.

In the Revised National Budget for 1999, the Government announced that the National Budget for 2000 would include an evaluation of emerging markets that could potentially be included in the Petroleum Fund's country list. In this submission, Norges Bank evaluates the countries that might qualify for the list.
